CHICKEN MUSHROOM STEW (STEW AYAM DENGAN CENDAWAN)

Ingredients :
500g chicken pieces
1 tbs cooking oil
3pips garlic (chopped)
1 cm ginger(chopped)

A :
3 tbs oyster mushroom sauce
1 tbs dark mushroom sauce
2 tps oyester mushroom extract

B :
1 potato, cut into wedges
1 carrot, cut into wedges

C :
0.75 cup water
1 tbs cornflour
sugar, salt, and pepper to taste

D :
0.25 cup button mushroom, halved
0.25 cup green peas (optional)

METHOD :
1. Using a deep microwave save casserole dish, fragrant garlic and
giger with oil until aromatic on power HIGH for 3-4 munutes.

2. Stir in chicken pieces together with sauce A and cook on power HIGH
for aother 2 minutes,

3. Add ingredients B, cook covered for 5-8 minutes, stir in C and D
cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken and vegetables are tender.

It is makes for about 4-6 servings.
